Uniform Construction Code ("UCC") Permits & Requirements
Instructions:
All applications must be submitted to the Township Office for zoning review and verification prior to any application being submitted to Code Enforcement Agency (C.E.A.).
Township Administration will submit building permit applications along with zoning approvals to Code Enforcement Agency. Please do not send permit applications directly to C.E.A. unless instructed by a Township Official to do so.
