HARMAR TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

The Harmar Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting at 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the Harmar Township Municipal Building 701 Freeport Road, Cheswick, PA, 15024 to consider the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision regarding the denial of the application of Kenjoh Outdoor Advertising, LLC for property owned by Norfolk Southern Corporation, identified as Parcel ID No. 0361-S-00397-0000-03 located in the I-1 Zoning District which sought the removal of a condition of a prior variance approval dated August 26, 2021, to convert an existing sign to an electronic digital sign and any other business properly before the Board.
