HARMAR TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Harmar Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the Harmar Township Municipal Building, 701 Freeport Road, Cheswick, PA, 15024, to consider the following applications:
Application of Susan Crittenden & Richard Bollingbroke for property located at 465 Dover Drive, Harmar Township, Parcel ID No. 440-S-00003 in the R-1 Zoning District. The applicants are requesting a variance pursuant to Section 27-1102(2) of the Township Zoning Ordinance, for a four foot (4’0”) encroachment upon the twenty-foot (20’0”) rear yard setback established by the Hemlock Heights Phase I Finalization of Lot Lines Plan.
Please take notice that the hearing on the above-referenced application will be conducted by the Zoning Hearing Board and its appointed Hearing Officer, Anna S. Jewart, Esquire. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Zoning Hearing Board may take action on the application. Any interested party, resident or taxpayer is welcome to appear and attend. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the office of the Township Manager, 701 Freeport Road, Harmar, PA.
