Winter Road Maintenance

Harmar Township is contracted through PennDOT for snow and ice control within the township boundaries on Russelton Road, Hite Road, and Guys Run Road. To discuss a snow or ice control issue on Russelton, Hite, and Guys Run Roads or any situations on Township owned roads, please contact the Harmar Township office at (724) 274-4550.  For all other issues on state owned roads or for issues not pertaining to ice and snow control on Russelton, Hite, and Guys Run Roads, please contact PennDOT at (412) 781-3260.
